Edythe S. Nash, M.A.

Edy Nash brings to client engagements 25 years of success in coaxing the best out of individuals, teams and organizations.

She has conducted hundreds of training sessions for managers and leaders in a wide variety of industries and organizations, including engineering, sales, retail, education, direct marketing, financial services, manufacturing, health care and non-profits. She has extensive experience in the professional development of trainers.

As Vice President of Human Resource Development for a $3.5 billion company, Edy led a team of training, organization development and career development professionals who designed, developed, and delivered sales, customer service, and technical training; management, leadership, and executive development; and other performance improvement projects.

In addition to receiving consistently high ratings for training delivery, Edy has designed and developed dozens of management, leadership and technical training programs. As a certified accountability consultant, she provides clients with proven techniques and methods that measure the return on investment (ROI) in training, human resources and performance improvement programs. She has spoken before local, regional, national and international organizations.

Because of her wide-ranging work in diversity and inclusion, Edy is recognized as a skillful and sensitive trainer whose programs provide opportunities for open and honest communication in a respectful, supportive and safe learning environment.

Edy earned the Master of Arts Degree in Teaching from New Mexico State University, and has continued her professional development through seminars, workshops and conferences, including the Leadership Development Program at the Center for Creative Leadership. She is a past President and past member of the Board of Directors of the Middle Tennessee Chapter of the American Society for Training & Development, as well as a member of the national Organization Development Network and the American Management Association.
